Help
Images can be used on club sites, facebook etc so long as the watermark [flamingcreations.co.uk] running along the bottom of the image is present, you don't need to contact us before use.
Images without the watermark can be obtained by contacting us in return for linking back to this site [either by making the image a link to this site or by a text link].
In all cases we retain the copyright.

Ordering Options
These have been limited to avoid confusion. If we where to offer a full range of options directly the order page would have to have 4-5 choices per size [20+ buttons]. Given most people order a standard sized, borderless colour print, we have keep to the most common options. You can of course customise a print [add a border, Black & White, larger size etc] at no extra cost - contact us with your requirements before ordering..
What is PayPal?
A very safe and secure way to pay for goods online. PayPal handles all the transactions so you know your details are secure - we never see your card details or have any access to them. See www.paypal.co.uk for more info.
What is an eCheque?
An eCheque is an electronic funds transfer that withdraws money directly from your bank account. It's just like writing a cheque, only it is done electronically. When you send money with an eCheque, the transaction will be held as pending for seven to nine working days, until the electronic funds transfer has cleared your bank - only then will we send your order.
How do I print a digital download?
There are a number of ways to do this:
1 - Print it off on your own printer. Home printers can produce some very good quality prints these days, are at A4 size can be cost effective.
2 - Have it printed via an online printer. Simply upload the image and follow the instructions.
3 - Take it to your local high street and have the likes of Boots print it for you. Copy the file on to a CD or USB Memory stick [or MP3 player]. You can also copy the file on to a cameras memory card and print it as you would your own snaps.
How to I put a copy of my digital download on to a web site
Firstly you need to reduce it in size [so it will download quickly]. Typically you want to reduce the resolution from 300dpi to 72dpi [monitors can't display more than 92dpi, most only 72dpi]. Then resize the image [1024 pixels on long the longest edge is good - some web site however set a limit on the size of images you can upload.
Do you do Black and White prints?
Yes, we can convert an image to Black & White. Please email us before you order with details of what you want - including sizes.
I have an unusual frame size, can I still get a print to fit it?
Yes, we can resize images to fit. Please bear in mind that enlarging images will reduce quality and if the size you want isn't in proportion to the original it will have to be cropped. Example, if you wanted a 16x12 print, you may see a little drop in quality when viewing close up. Also as the original size of images is 10x8 the enlargement will actually by 16x12.8inch, so .8 of an inch will be cropped off. When we do this we always email you a proof of the final print to check.
If you have any further questions, that aren't already covered please get in touch.
