All photos are printed on photo paper and are photo quality - no inkjet prints here.
Orders can take between 5 and 14 days, we don't print everyday, as this way we can keep costs lower. Digital files are usually between 2 and 24 hours [depending on the time of order]
Given most of the events we cover are on a weekend, the first batch of orders are usually printed the following Thursday/Friday. If you are lucky you can get your order in as little as 72 hours [10x8in and above prints can take a little longer than other sizes].
Image Sizes
Standard sizes of 7x5, 8x6 and 10x8 are available to buy [these are the sizes of the image]. Larger sizes available on request.
Prints DO NOT include mounts or frames.
Prints are border-less as standard. If you want a border adding please contact us first with the size/s you are after, we will send a sample image to you to show how they will look if requested. Currently we are printing 7x5 prints on 8x6 paper [many printers are now doing this] so you will have a white border round 7x5 prints - you can leave it or trim it off as you wish.
We usually add borders to the samples in BLACK, this is because software such as Windows Image Viewer have white backgrounds and so a white border isn't visable. The actual border will be white. You can of course have it BLACK if you wish - some images look better with a black border.
Borders are an inch on 10x8 prints and half an inch on 8x6 prints. We don't recommend borders on 7x5 print as the image becomes too small. If you have frames with mounts borders aren't necessary as the mount has the same effect as a border would.
Digital Files
Supplied as a 10x8 inch file [3000x2400 pixels] at 300dpi via email. These are suitable for larger printing sizes, but you will lose some quality the larger you go. These are ideal if you want more than one copy of a print or want to use your image on your web site, make postcards, t-shirts etc from it. They are for personal use/non profit use only.
Press/Media Files
These are for use solely by your company/organisation and sent out via email. They can not be sold by you or used by anyone else. We retain all copyrights and YOU MUST credit the image to "Flaming Photography" in print and link to this site if used online. Failure to credit the image will result in you having to pay a £50 fee per uncredited image every time it is used.
Copyright free images are available on request - prices are dependant on use, please contact us with your requirements.

All photos are sent Royal Mail 1st class, in a card backed envelope to prevent damage.
Postage is £1.50 per order in the UK, £5 over seas.
